Fiber Optic Coupler for Plastic Cables The LCN-LLK is a specialized fiber optic coupler designed for use with plastic optical fibers. This module acts as a dual sender-receiver component and enables the coupling of sub-distributions in an LCN bus system. With a range of up to 50 m per strand (and up to 100 m with the LCN-LK), the LCN-LLK is ideal for smaller installations and applications where a reliable connection over shorter distances is required. The module can also be used as a repeater, allowing up to 5 couplers to be connected in series, achieving a maximum range of 200 m. Fiber Optic Coupling Module for Singlemode Fiber The LCN-LLGS module is a state-of-the-art fiber optic coupler module specifically designed for use with singlemode fiber. It enables an impressive range of up to 40 km, making it ideal for large building installations and extensive network applications. To ensure optimal performance, the connection of the LCN-LLGS to the LCN bus requires a separating amplifier, such as the LCN-IS or LCN-IS2. Up to 15 separating amplifiers and/or LL couplers can be directly connected per distribution, increasing the flexibility and scalability of the system.
