Sensor module for flush-mounted box 24V~ The LCN-UPS24 flush-mounted module is a highly flexible sensor module specifically designed for integration into dry rooms. It is installed directly in flush-mounted/electronic boxes behind switches, sockets, or in distribution boxes. The module offers a sensor input (T-connection) for connecting conventional switches, LCN-GTx switches, or other peripheral devices. In addition, an I-connection is available that supports a variety of functions, including IR receivers, GT switches, and EnOcean transmitters/receivers. Application Areas Cost-effective connection of LCN sensors and KNX touch sensors or EnOcean wireless touch sensors. Individual room control for cooling, heating, and ventilation. Access control with IR remote control and transponders. Utilization of existing low-voltage wiring. Automation controls with timers and links. Tableau systems with status LEDs and hierarchical links of permissions. Alarm systems with multiple zones and complex conditions. Links across trade boundaries for high functionality. Note: All functions can be used independently and are available simultaneously. Hardware Features Supply voltage: 20-30 Volts~, 50/60 Hz T-connection for up to eight buttons via button converters. I-connection for the operation of LCN-RR, IR remote control receivers, temperature sensors, and other devices. Function Description Four simulated outputs with timers for various functions. Support for DALI groups via LCN-DDR. Connection for eight conventional buttons with extensive command processing. LCN tableau functions with four states. Decoding of the IR remote control receiver with extended functions. Additional functions include the acquisition of measured values, analog value processing, transponder data processing, and code lock functions. The module also provides a bridging of power outages for up to 20 seconds.
